Happy Birthday Anna – lovely to speak to you!
Steady north easterly Trade Winds have pushed us west today under an overcast sky and a confused sea. We did not hoist the spinnaker as I spent most of the time with my head in the watermaker. With advice over the phone from Jim at Sailfish, we managed to run it for an hour before it stopped again, so we are optimistic that we can get it going again in the next day or so.
A couple of suicidal flying fish, a few shearwaters and storm petrels, but no ships or yachts today.
Morale good – having a shower!
