Scotland 2016

The few posts here do not do justice to arguably the finest cruising grounds in the Atlantic Ocean. We were experimenting with the format and not taking the exercise nearly seriously enough. You may find additional inspiration from the Gallery section of our website, which has some memorable images of the Western Isles.

The summer of 2016 was wet in Scotland and after a bit it got through to us. Several years on, we now appreciate that despite the unpredictable weather, Scottish waters remain the benchmark by which all our other sailing since then has been measured.

We will return!
