Escapade made landfall in Grenada in December 2017. We stopped several times between there and Key West – most memorably in the Grenadines, Mustique, Carriacou, Union Island, St Lucia, St Maarten, Anguilla, Antigua, Monserrat, Martinique, Guadeloupe, Les Saintes, Dominica, the Spanish Virgin Islands, US Virgin Islands, British Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Cuba. Our time was overshadowed by the aftermath of some violent hurricanes, but nothing dents the vibrancy of the people or the beauty of the landscape. Buildings and boats can always be replaced… Some people complain that it’s too busy. We’d like to return – there’s plenty more to see.
